Amount Per Serving: • Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate) 8 mg

Other Ingredients: Zinc sulfate monohydrate in a base of distilled water. This product does not contain wheat, yeast, soy, gluten, eggs, dairy, corn, artificial colors, flavors, sugars, or preservatives.

Directions: If your zinc levels are low as dictated by taste reaction (below), take 1 to 4 Tablespoons per day until you notice a change in taste, and then keep testing weekly or daily. This liquid can be used to test zinc levels OR as a zinc supplement. Since the Zinc Challenge liquid is a bit expensive to take daily at 4+ Tbsp per day, you may take Zinc Supreme capsules (3 per day with meals) instead to increase your zinc levels and then keep testing your levels with Zinc Challenge Liquid.
