Ordering Information

When you make an online purchase, our advanced security technology encrypts and scrambles your personal data (including your name, delivery and e-mail addresses and credit card number) before it is sent to us, making it virtually impossible for anyone other than Central Medical to read it.

Online Ordering is as simple as 1 2 3…

(1) To put an item in your cart select the "order" icon or the "add to cart" icon next to the product you would like. If you want to change the quantities you can do so from the product information page, or directly through the shopping cart maintenance page.

(2) Simply enter the items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart. When you have completed your shopping click on Check Out and follow the easy to use directions.

(3) To delete an item from your cart, simply click on the "Remove" button below the item name in the shopping cart.

Order Processing Time

Orders ship in 1-3 business days after the day the order is placed. Although we stock are top sellers we do order on a daily basis to provide freshness and long expiration dates on the products you receive from Central Medical. These can take up to 1-3 days for us to receive. We then promptly ship your order out when it is complete.

Many natural products become less effective with age, making it especially important not to have them sit too long in a warehouse or store shelf. If a product is delayed we will notify you by e-mail about the delay…if there are other products in your order they will ship out and when the product that was delayed will ship when it arrives at Central Medical and ship out with free shipping.

If a product is out of stock and on backorder the remaining items if any in your order will ship and the backorder item will ship when comes to our location with free shipping. If the backordered product is still out of stock after 30 days we will credit your account. You may contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund. After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material.

Changing your Order

If you want to make a change, please e-mail info@professionalbrands.net as soon as possible after placing the order and we will do our best to help. Once an order is in the warehouse for processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/ incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less $5.95 for handling and shipping charges and less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.

Order Status & Tracking

A confirmation of your online order will be e-mailed shortly after your order is placed. After the orders ships a second e-mail will be sent with a tracking number with instructions on how to track your package. If you do not receive an email confirmation please call our Customer Care Center at 1-866-471-4634 or send an e-mail to info@professionalbrands.net.

We will be expanding our selection to include a vast amount of vitamin supplements that are distributed by Doctors and Health Care Professionals. Please include product and company and if possible UPC on product (which is the 12 digit associated with that particular product listed on the bottle…not all products will have 12 digit UPC number then just submit name of product and company).

Heat Sensitive Products

We ship any product that is classified as “Heat Sensitive” on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Someone will need to be available to accept the package shortly after it is delivered, so that the product(s) can be refrigerated as soon as possible. All “Heat Sensitive” products will be shipped with an ice pack which may thaw during shipping but the product(s) will remain cool enough to retain its' viability.
