Product Availability - Orders ship in 1-3 business days after the day the order is placed. Although we stock are top sellers we do order on a daily basis to provide freshness and long expiration dates on the products you receive from Central Medical. These can take up to 1-3 days for us to receive. We then promptly ship your order out when it is complete.

If a product is out of stock and on backorder the remaining items if any in your order will ship and the backorder item will ship when comes to our location with free shipping. If the backordered product is still out of stock after 30 days we will credit your account. You may contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund. After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material.

Problems with Your Order If for any reason there is a problem with a product or your order, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling). All products must be in a factory sealed container for refund. You are covered by this unconditional money back guarantee for a full 60 days from your date of purchase.

Change or Cancel an Order – If you want to make a change, please e-mail info@professionalbrands.net as soon as possible after placing the order and we will do our best to help. Once an order is in the warehouse for processing or has shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/ incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less $5.95 for handling and shipping charges and less a re-stocking fee of 10% of the total order amount.

Additional information - We will be expanding our selection to include a vast amount of vitamin supplements that are distributed by Doctors and Health Care Professionals. If there are products that you want to special request please e-mail us at info@professionalbrands.net . Please include product and company and if possible UPC on product (which is the 12 digit associated with that particular product listed on the bottle…not all products will have 12 digit UPC number then just submit name of product and company).

Free Shipping – Our FREE SHIPPING in the 48 contiguous United States will be generally USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail from the US Postal Service. Packages over 3lbs will generally ship UPS Ground. If an order is shipped to you at no charge and is undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, your credit card will be charged a $5.95 shipping fee.

Military Addresses: If you are stationed at a military address overseas, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail to overseas military addresses usually arrives within 7-18 business days; however, it is not guaranteed and it cannot be tracked. Your shipping charges will be charged a flat rate of $5.95 per order regardless of how many products in the order. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. The US Postal Service does not offer package tracking for military addresses.

Shipping Times - Orders ship within 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays. If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.

Track Your Order – A confirmation of your online order will be e-mailed shortly after your order is placed. After the orders ships a second e-mail will be sent with a tracking number with instructions on how to track your package. Additional information - If your delivery address is a United States P.O. Box, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. YOU MUST SELECT USPS PRIORITY MAIL. USPS Priority Mail usually arrives within 1-3 business days. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes

Shipping for orders under the weight of 3lbs will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation or First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. In certain cases orders under the weight of 3lbs might ship UPS Ground Service. We will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped. USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail transit time is approximately 1-3 business days from our New York shipping facility. The US Postal Service does not guarantee delivery in 3 business days, sometimes it will take longer. The US Postal Service delivers to all 50 US States, Military addresses, and US Territories. You will be provided with a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Standard shipping for orders over the weight of 3lbs will be shipped by UPS Ground Service for most orders weighing over 3lbs. We will choose the lowest cost carrier for your order at our discretion at the time the order is ready to be shipped. UPS Ground service is guaranteed within 1-5 business days to all of the 48 contiguous states. Our warehouse is located in New York. UPS Ground delivery time will be dictated by your proximity to our facility. You will be provided with a tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.




Returns



Return Policy – 60 DAY RETURN POLICY

Central Medical will accept returned items within 60 days of receipt for a full refund minus any shipping fees incurred. Sorry refrigerated products and special orders are NOT returnable OR refundable. We must receive these products unopened and in new condition, therefore, the label should be reviewed prior to opening a product. In case of a manufacturer’s defect a call tag will be issued to you for product return and full refund will be issued when product is received at Central Medical

Return Instructions:

1. Place items you are returning tightly and securely in a package or box. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.

2. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

3. Make a copy of the invoice that came with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy of the invoice in the package or box with the products.

4. Use the mailing address label below to address your return shipment.

5. Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us.
